Golden Corner Veterinary Hospital, formerly Foxnest Veterinary Hospital, was owned and operated by Dr. Roger Ross since its establishment in 1987. Upon his retirement in 2023, Drs. Axson purchased the hospital and aim to uphold the legacy left before them.

Surgery

Spaying and neutering your cats and dogs will make them healthier, more wholesome pets, while also preventing unwanted offspring and diseases. We accept SNAC and Low Cost Vouchers from Oconee County Humane Society. We offer other soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries as well.



Dentistry

Your pet’s teeth can cause problems if they are not maintained. We offer COHAT – comprehensive oral health assessment and treatment – this includes cleaning, polishing, dental radiographs, as well as dental extractions when necessary.



Radiology

We offer digital x-rays, dental x-rays, and options for mobile specialist consultations including ultrasound and echocardiograms.



Large Animal

Equine and livestock services include routine care, vaccines, teeth floats, pregnancy confirmation, and diagnostic testing. Our doctors can design and help implement herd health plans. We also offer estrus synchronization and artificial insemination in cattle.



Emergency Care

Golden Corner Veterinary Hospital - Seneca Veterinarian

Golden Corner Veterinary Hospital consists of several buildings. The Main Entrance to the Veterinary Clinic is on the left as you come into our parking lot.

We provide boarding services for your pets.

We have three separate pet boarding facilities available. Miss Kitty’s Cat House is a Bed-and-Breakfast facility dedicated to your feline friends. Camp Dog Wood provides excellent care for your large canine companions. Foxnest Inn provides boarding for smaller dogs.
